Letwell Street Fayre – Saturday 4 July 2026

Letwell’s historic village street will once again play host to the much-loved traditional Street Fayre in 2026, which will take place on Saturday July 4th, starting at 1pm until 4pm.

The event this year will be officially opened by the Mayor of Rotherham.

As ever there will be a host of traditional stalls and games, including the coconut shy, splat the rat, hook-a-duck and the ever popular pot smashing.

There's also the return of the Dog Show, Colourful displays of Flamenco and Line Dancing, with an invitation for the public to join in.

Children's face painting and Mr Twisters balloon bending magic.

A wide range of prizes in our Bottle Stall and Prize Draw Lottery.

Scouts and Guides displaying their various skills.

There will be endless tasty teas, coffees and cakes in the Village Hall along with freshly cooked bacon butties in the bus shelter – always a must along with the Ice cream Stall

Bargains to be had on our Bric-a-Brac stall.

Why not come and test your skills on the coconut shy, crockery smashing gallery or Air Rifle shooting in safety.

Music as ever, is a significant feature of the day and this time will be provided throughout the afternoon by the acclaimed Thurcroft Brass Band.

There's lots for all the family to enjoy on this fun-packed afternoon.

The proceeds of which go towards supporting local causes.
