You can hire our Village Hall for your meeting, show or special occasion.

Hire charges

From the 1st April 2026: Commercial hire - £28 an hour

Casual/not for profit use - £14 an hour, £10 an hour for regular users

To make a booking, please download the following Booking Form and send to villagehall@letwell-pc.gov.uk

The Hall is 5 meters wide by 11 meters long holds between 50 and 70 people depending on seating configuration and has an extensively equipped kitchen.

There is a stage that is 3.6 x 1.75 meters for a band or disco.
