Agenda

  1. Receive apologies and approve reasons for absence.
  2. Receive declarations of interest in respect of items on the agenda and approve requests for dispensation (if any).
  3. Consider & agree confidential agenda items.
  4. To approve the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting dated 25th September 2025
  5. Clerk to report any matters arising from the previous minutes and actions taken:
    Village Hall Lease - Update and consider next steps
  6. Financial Matters:
    1. Receive bank account balances as at 1 November 2025
    2. Receive Bank Reconciliation to 31 October 2025
    3. Agree Schedule of Payments to November
  7. Approve new Complaints Policy
  8. Village Hall inc.
    1. Approve Village Hall Health and Safety Policy and Risk Assessment and agree to review Fire Risk Assessment
    2. Approve Fire Safety Guidance and Evacuation Plan for Hall users.
    3. Approve commissioning of an Asbestos Survey for the Village Hall.
    4. Approve annual Fire safety testing with Right Action and PAT testing of equipment.
    5. Consider arrangements for a Food Hygiene Certificate.
    6. Consider cleaning arrangements.
    7. Approve Hall valuation for Insurance purposes.
    8. Approve premises licence with RMBC.
    9. Approve Parish Magazine Hall advert (Woodsetts Church).
  9. Consider Council Insurance
  10. Consider Christmas Party arrangements and agree to purchase of decorations/ Christmas tree
  11. FLAG – Consider continued support in light of the recent editorial decision to prevent a Letwell resident from submitting their usual articles and approve FLAG payment to Firbeck PC.
  12. Consider Planning Applications - None received
  13. Receive Planning Determinations - None received
  14. Consider items for future agenda.
  15. To confirm the date and time of the next Council meeting.
